Cancellation Policy
Virtual Trauma Education Policy Our program allows emergency departments to request free virtual education, simulations, procedural training, or tabletop exercises. Our team provides expert instruction and video conferencing technology, while sites arrange participants and space. Program Overview This program provides all education sessions and expert instruction free of charge to participating sites. The requesting emergency department is responsible for securing the necessary physical space and gathering the required learners for the event. In return, our team supplies the video conferencing platform, coordinates the expert educators, and either provides the full training materials or assists with custom content development. Session Types and Attendance Available training formats include didactic lectures on trauma topics, virtual clinical simulations, procedural skills reviews, and tabletop scenario training. Because these sessions require significant coordination and expert availability, we ask for a strict cancellation notice. Sites must cancel at least one week in advance so our team has sufficient time to adjust scheduling and resources
